Manginalizing Israel by a Major Seller of Electronic Bibles

I have long had the dream of visiting Israel. In preparation for this I've decided I should learn little bit of Hebrew and ordered a set of lessons which are still in the box they came in.

For years I used an electronic Bible sold through Franklin electronic so I thought I would check for a translator that I could carry with me. I did a search of the Franklin electronic website for Hebrew and came up two translators one with 14 languages and one with 17 languages. The amazing thing to me was that Hebrew was not one of the languages although Arabic and Turkish are on both translators and one had Farsi as well. Talk about marginalizing Israel while selling electronic Bibles.

The Saturday Night Live version of the second coming of Jesus, DJesus Uncrossed

I rarely watch Saturday Night Live as it has little redeeming value and is too far left of center my opinion, however, however this February I was watching the Sean Hannity Show on FoxNews and Sean was very distraught. Sean showed parts of the parody trailer, "DJesus Uncrossed" shown the night before on Saturday Night Live. And I quote from the trailer, "The parody was a spoof mash-up of Quentin Tarantino movies, Inglourious Basterds and Django Unchained." In the trailer the DJesus character is shown first rolling the rock from the tomb and saying, "Guess who's back." He then invades the Roman guard and with a sword and slays dozens. The moderator says, "He may be wearing sandals but he can still kick a##." DJesus also kills many more with an assault rifle. Peter organizes the apostles into a Roman killing militia.

The trailer/spoof is extremely blasphemous and Sean Hannity couldn't quit saying they wouldn't dare do this to Mohammed. Also, it is extremely violent and has very rough language.
The trailer ends with the DJesus character saying "No more Mr. nice Jesus." Shades of Isaiah 61:2 after the comma?
I'm sure the intent of the producers of the above trailer was to ridicule Jesus and in turn his believers. However, I wonder if the producers realized that there was a germ of truth in their spoof. As in the trailer, Jesus will return to exact vengeance with a two edge sword. However, the two-edged sword will be the word of God and not a physical sword.
The irony of the fact that this trailer was shown Saturday night on the eve of our reviewing Chapter 19, "Return of the King" was not lost on me. It is my very strong opinion that there is an undercurrent of feeling in the United States/ throughout the planet that something is very wrong in the world; that events are spinning out of control. There's been considerable talk about the extreme weather, earthquakes, wars, diseases and more.
There are a lot of people rushing to and fro likely to compensate for their anxiety over feeling that they have little control over their lives much less world events.
Nevertheless, as a believer I recognize that we are in the end days. Soon we will be caught up to the wedding supper and watch the seven year tribulation from the mezzanine. I have little apprehension for the future other than the desire to bring more people into the kingdom while there is still time.
Added Later:
Perhaps I'm the only one who thinks "DJesus Uncrossed" might have been the product of an unconscious understanding on the part of skit's producer(s) of Jesus coming as the lion of Judah.
As an aside, I read the link you posted. It included that "The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) declaring the "violent depiction of Jesus" in Djesus Uncrossed deplorable." The irony of CAIR adding their condemnation is interesting as the Islamic version of Jesus is of a very violent man. In his book "Mideast Beast: The Scriptural Case for an Islamic Antichrist" Joel Richardson writes, "Even more shocking to many readers was the revelation that Islam teaches that when Jesus returns, He will come back as a Muslim prophet whose primary mission will be to abolish Christianity." There is no moral equivalency between the Jesus of the Bible and the Islamic version of Jesus in the Quran who will convert by the sword, so CAIR is hypocritical as usual.

"The Boy in Striped Pajamas", the Ultimate Victim of Replacement Theology

Replacement theology promotes the concept that when Israel rejected her messiah she forfeited the promises/ covenants made to her by God and these passed to the Church which became “spiritual Israel.” The concept of replacement theology marginalizes Israel and the Jewish people making it easier for the world to turn its back on the Jews, most notably during the Holocaust. For the Christian, it implies that God can't be trusted so there is no guarantee that He will honor our salvation.

Set during World War II, the movie “The Boy in the Striped Pajamas” involves the growing friendship between two 8-year-old boys separated by a fence in a concentration camp. Bruno is the son of the commandant of the concentration camp where Shmuel is imprisoned. Shmuel’s crime is being born a Jew.

At the start of the movie Bruno is living in his home in Berlin playing with his many friends. The little boys run down the street playing airplane while being impervious to the Jews being loaded into a transport truck. Bruno goes home to learn that his father is being transferred to the country. At first the family members don’t realize that what they call a nearby farm is really an extermination camp and Bruno’s father is the commandant. Bruno has no friends so he hikes through the woods to what he thinks is a farm and meets the boy in the striped pajamas. They become friends separated will by a fence and far more than either one of them knew.

One night several high-ranking officials of the Nazi party are shown a propaganda movie depicting how well the Jews were being treated in what was called a work camp. Bruno watches the propaganda movie and believes it. The next day he asks his little friend in the striped pajamas about all the kids in the camp and all the fun they had. Shmuel had no idea what Bruno was talking about.
A few days later the boys arrange for Shmuel to bring an extra pair of “striped pajamas” for Bruno. The upshot is that Bruno sneaks into the concentration camp. Shmuel and Bruno search the camp looking for Shmuel’s father who disappeared a few days before. The boys make the mistake of entering a building that is holding dozens of men about to be herded into the gas chamber.
Meanwhile back at home Bruno’s mother realizes that he is missing and breaks up a meeting between the commandant and his minions. Ironically they are discussing the status of the ovens. The commandant and his subordinates start to back-track Bruno to where he had crawled under the fence to get into the concentration camp.
The movie ends with the door to the gas chamber being sealed and crystals being dropped into the chamber as Bruno’s father frantically looks for him. Sad as the ending of the movie is, Bruno’s father was about to learn the deadly efficiency of his camp of termination.

Added later:

There was a scene in the movie where Bruno betrays his friend Shmuel, the boy in the striped pajamas. Shmuel was cleaning crystal glasses in the commandant’s house as he had small hands. Bruno stops to talk to Shmuel and asks if he wants something to eat. They are discovered by one of the Nazis and Shmuel told the officer that Bruno gave him the pastry. With the Nazi screaming at both the boys, Bruno denied even knowing Shmuel. Guilt over his betrayal was part of the reason Bruno later offered to help Shmuel find his father. That guilt leads to the tragic conclusion of the movie. To me the movie was like peeling an onion, as one layer is pulled away, there is another beneath it.

“The Seven Sayings of Jesus on the Cross” – Fulfillment of Prophecy!

It is mostly politically correct to say that you believe in a higher source. Many people will even use the word God, however, not necessarily meaning the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. But what is really politically incorrect is to say the name Jesus. Even more politically incorrect is to say that Jesus died the horrific death of crucifixion as the expiation for our sins; that our redemption is due to the ransom paid by Jesus Christ.

John 14:6, "Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." When a born-again Christian quotes Jesus we are accused of being intolerant. Sorry, but that's what it says in the Bible. Thank you Lord Jesus for the gift of my salvation!

As Jesus hung on the cross he made seven comments in fulfillment of prophecy.

# 1. Forgiveness: Luke 23:34, “Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.”

Numbers 15:26, “And it shall be forgiven all the congregation of the children of Israel, and the stranger that sojourneth among them; seeing all the people were in ignorance.”

Psalm 22:18, “They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.”

#2. Salvation: Luke 23:43, “And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.”

Isaiah 40:3, “The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.”

John 1:29, “The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.”

#3. Relationship: John 19:26-27, “When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son! Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home.

Psalm 69:8 “I am become a stranger unto my brethren, and an alien unto my mother's children.”

#4 Abandonment: Matthew 27:46, “And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?”

Psalm 22:1, “My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?”

#5 Distress: John 19:28, “After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst.”

Psaml 69:20, “Reproach hath broken my heart; and I am full of heaviness: and I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; and for comforters, but I found none.”

#6 Reunion John 19:30, “When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost."

Psalm 69:21 They gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.

#7 Triumph: Luke 23:46, “And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.”
Psalm 31:5, “Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O Lord God of truth.”

A Week of Creepiness

We’re only three days into this week at just seems like a pervasive feeling that something evil is afoot is invading my personal space. It is not the weirdness of the people around me, although Southern California has its share of weird people, it's just a feeling of impending evil. Perhaps it was brought on in part by the fact that this week is the remembrance of the Holocaust.
I “Liked” and shared a post, “Holocaust lessons that don't force guilt or anger? Yes, for Jew and gentile alike,” by Dennis Prager.” Dennis Prager is always a voice of reason in an unreasonable world. Replacement Theology and the Christians who either didn't speak up or used anti-Semitic slurs are at fault as well as the Nazi. Also, I've read that the Roman Catholic Church had a mutually beneficial agreement with the Nazi. The US refused to bomb the railways leading into death camps and the ship that made it to the American shore was turned away. Today there is a rise in anti-Semitic rhetoric. In this upside-down world it is helpful to remember, Psalm 121:4, "He that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep."

There has been so much activity coming out of Rome with the advent of a new pope, Francis I. I’m trying to reconcile the book "Petrus Romanus: The Final Pope is Here,” by Tom Horn and Cris Putnam with the fact that the name Francis I simply is not Peter. Saint Francis of Assisi's original name was Francesco di Pietro di Bernardone, a rather weak link to the name Peter. However, Francis I is a Jesuit and really strange stuff seems to co-exist with the Jesuits, the people who, in part, brought you the Great Inquisition.

As I was surfing the Internet I came across a description of Tom Horn’s new book, “Exo-Vaticana: Petrus Romanus, Project LUCIFER, and the Vatican's astonishing exo-theological plan for the arrival of an alien savior.” According to Rebecca Boyle of Popular Science Magazine, “L.U.C.I.F.E.R., which stands for “Large Binocular Telescope Near-infrared Utility with Camera and Integral Field Unit for Extragalactic Research,” is a chilled instrument attached to a telescope in Arizona. And yes, it’s named for the Devil, whose name itself means “morning star” [and which] happens to be right next to the Vatican Observatory on Mt. Graham in Tucson.”

I ordered the book and meanwhile I'm reading it online. Sure seems like “The Times of the Gentiles” is heating up. Rather than Daniel 7:13, “I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him” it will be an alien come to evangelize us humans, you think?
I also found a free download of John Foxe’s very informative “Book of Martyrs,” a topic for another time. For now the Internet is a goldmine to be explored and files copied against the day…..

Dave Hunt, Christian Apologist and Author of the book, "The Woman Rides the Beast" 1926 - 2013

I chose to publish this posting in my "The Politically Incorrect Club" blog rather than "In The Beginning God" as Dave Hunt was a very truthful man and published several books likely considered very politically incorrect . His "The Woman Rides the Beast" being a prime example. Dave was thorough and his writings were very documented. Dave did much to expose false teaching.

A few days ago two man died, one a 20 something by his own hand and one an old man worn out by his long life. Matthew Warren took his own life after what his father said was a lifetime of mental illness. Dave Hunt a decades long Christian apologists was just plain worn out in his 80s.

There has been much said about the tragedy of Matthew and great sympathy for his father, pastor Rick Warren of the hugely successful Saddleback Church and the author of the best seller "The Purpose Driven Life."

At the same time, I have found very little on the Internet about the many accomplishments of Christian Apologist and best selling author Dave Hunt. For anyone who is interested in knowing more about this giant of a man this is from an email  published by "The Berean Call" group.

"Born in 1926, David Charles Haddon Hunt enjoyed the advantages of a godly upbringing and placed his trust in Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and Lord in his early teens.

As a young man, he served in the military toward the end of World War II. Afterward, he attended UCLA and received a degree in mathematics. It was during that time that he met the love of his life, Ruth Klassen. In 1950, they were married, and since both loved the outdoors, they enjoyed a beautiful honeymoon hiking in the High Sierras--perfect for two young people madly in love and with very little money to their name. Marriage was soon followed by the birth of two sons and two daughters. Ruth was a busy mother and also a gifted writer herself. She had a tremendous interest in and knowledge of history, an ability that would help Dave further down the road. Dave's own career path led him into a position as a CPA/management consultant and later as the manager of several corporations.

Along with church-related activities, Dave initiated and became involved in numerous campus ministries and meetings in their home, with a special outreach to Jewish young people and foreign students. Many of these have stayed in touch with Dave and Ruth through the years, fondly recalling those Bible studies at the Hunts' house.

Dave and Ruth also traveled abroad, spending time in various locations throughout Europe, meeting with believers there and ministering in many ways while raising their own family. Dave also brought Bibles and other materials into the Soviet Union during a time when it was very difficult to do so. Throughout his later years, he and Ruth traveled extensively as he was invited to speak in churches and fellowships, large and small, all over the world. Often they stayed in people's homes, dining with them, learning their customs, and sharing God's Word and God's love.

The desire of Dave's heart was ultimately to be involved in full-time ministry, especially since he saw firsthand everywhere he went the breaking down of the true church as the world began to work its way into her midst. He began to write in 1973, warning believers about the incursion into Western culture and into the church itself of Eastern religion, psychological and selfist philosophies, ecumenism, and other unbiblical teachings.

The ministry of The Berean Call was founded by Dave in 1992. It grew out of a previous organization, of which Dave was also a founding member since 1986. With T.A. McMahon working alongside him at The Berean Call, Dave was able to share his love for and defense of Christ in the subsequent newsletters, books, videos, and speaking engagements that resulted from this ministry. Dave and T.A. wrote three books together, including the best-known The Seduction of Christianity, which was groundbreaking in its boldness, exposing false teachings in the church and daring to identify the names of the ones behind the deception.

By the early 2000s, Dave's love for Christ and his desire to defend the name of the Lord had grown even stronger, and his concern over Islamic politics and religion are reflected in many of his articles, lectures, books, and interviews.

Then Richard Dawkins and the "new atheists" came onto the scene with a vengeance, seeking to destroy the very concept of God in the minds of everyone. Dave began to write and teach and speak more passionately than ever about the absolute truth that is in the Word of God and our need to immerse ourselves in it daily in order to prevent being taken up in the evolutionist delusion that is sweeping the world.

One of Dave's favorite activities was to see whom God would seat next to him on airplanes as he traveled and spoke. He often said that he "could prove the existence of God" just by these providential occurrences. While writing about Islam, he would end up seated next to a Muslim who didn't really understand what Islam was about but was eager to hear the difference between the Bible and the Qur'an. When writing about creation vs. evolution, the Lord would bring him, as a seat companion, an atheistic scientist who thought he had all the answers and was very surprised that there was another verifiable explanation to this universe.

Dave's bold yet loving approach to any situation allowed him entrance into these conversations where many others would have been shut out. His love for Jesus, for Israel, and for people in general was obvious to all. His enthusiasm for the truth, along with his anger over the sin and wickedness that he knew was robbing people of what God wanted for them, flamed his desire to share the Lord with anyone with whom he had contact.

At least 4 million copies of his books have been sold, many of them translated into more than 50 languages. They include: The Cult Explosion; The God Makers (with Ed Decker); The Seduction of Christianity (with T.A. McMahon); Global Peace and the Rise of Antichrist; Peace, Prosperity, and the Coming Holocaust; The New Spirituality (with T.A. McMahon); Whatever Happened to Heaven?; Occult Invasion; A Woman Rides the Beast; A Cup of Trembling; In Defense of the Faith; An Urgent Call to a Serious Faith; To Russia with Love (with Hans Kristian); What Love Is This?; Countdown to the Second Coming; Seeking and Finding God; Honest Doubts; Judgment Day!: Islam, Israel, and the Nations; Yoga and the Body of Christ; and his final book, Cosmos, Creator, and Human Destiny.

He also wrote two novels, The Mind Invaders (formerly The Archon Conspiracy) and Sanctuary of the Chosen, along with a children's book called The Money Tree, illustrated by his daughter Karen.

This is by no means a complete listing of all of Dave's works. One of his videos, Israel, Islam & Armageddon, has become a tremendous tool for churches and for anyone interested in helping to spread the truth about events prior to and since the attack on the World Trade Center. His video A Woman Rides the Beast is a favorite among those who are witnessing to Catholics, a group for whom Dave had a deep love and sorrow, desiring to see them come to the knowledge of the truth.

Dave Hunt's own drive to find and then deliver the truth is evident in everything he did. His impeccable research and recognized scholarship were based on in-depth studies of original documents and publications, interviews with key experts from around the world, and extensive travel-including to South America, Australia, Europe, India, and throughout the Middle East.

Dave has left us a legacy of inestimable value. We are blessed to be able to see and hear and read what he has taught about the evidence for God in a breathtaking number of materials. From explaining about the history of Christianity, to exposing the deception that has crept into the church, to teaching about the prophecies that are being fulfilled even today, this humble, brilliant man will go on teaching us for a very long time. We look forward to the day when we will see him again.

The Pope's Red Shoes

From a few weeks ago:

A Catholic friend called early this morning to tell us that the Pope was departing the Vatican. Originally I planned to write on DQ#2 concerning eschatology and the ignorance of it by most in the Christian community and certainly, IMO, within the Catholic Church. While I'm not particularly interested in Catholic affairs, I respect Pope Benedict's intellect. That said and full disclosure, I can have a very convoluted sense a humor at times and see patterns were perhaps none exist.

As is often my breakfast habit, I was working on a Word Search puzzle and half-way listening to the bloviating about the pope’s departure. I heard a comment about his red shoes. I was not aware that the Pope wore red shoes as one of the symbols of his office. Now that Benedict will no longer be Pope he has to relinquish his red shoes.

Interestingly enough, one word hidden in the word puzzle was “lamb” so I thought of the comparison between the Lamb of God and the regalia of the Pope. Rather than special red shoes and royal vestment, Jesus walked about in a pair of sandals and homespun. Rather than wearing red shoes, Jesus didn't consider himself above washing the feet of his disciples; a wonderful lesson for all.

So where else were red shoes of such importance? The Wizard of Oz came to mind. Like me, most of you have probably watched the Wizard of Oz any number of times. After Dorothy's house was flung by a tornado into Oz crushing an evil witch, Dorothy was presented with said witch's red shoes.
I started to make a mental inventory of the primary cast of characters in the story. There was sweet innocent Dorothy who was just trying to get back to Kansas. There was a scarecrow looking for a brain. There was the immobilized tin man looking for a heart. It was amazing how much a few drops of oil enabled him to move his joints. Even I can't stretch this far enough to compare the oil can to the sprinkling of holy water. Completing the trio of Dorothy's new friends was the lion looking for courage.
What does all of this have in common with the Catholic Church? Perhaps Dorothy could be compared to the millions of Catholics hoping to go home/ heaven and placing their reliance on church clergy. Accepting the gift of salvation through Jesus to me would be as simple as Dorothy clicking her red shoes together. Given the history of the Catholic Church, popes such as Innocence the third could certainly have used a heart as did the tin man. Like the lion in the Wizard of Oz, there is certainly no comparison between the Catholic Church and the coming Lion of Judah. As for the scarecrow wanting a brain, I would again compare this to those who don't seem to be able to think for themselves.
So much more I could add, the Prophecy of the last pope...

What are the "political correctness" issues of our day?

Political correctness is code for the suppression of freedom of speech granted by the First Amendment to our Constitution.Recently Dr. Benjamin Carson was a speaker at the National Prayer Breakfast and discussed political correctness:

“ what we need to do in this pc world is forget about unanimity of speech and unanimity of thought, and we need to concentrate on being respectful to those people with whom we disagree.”

“ But pc is dangerous. Because, you see, this country one of the founding principles was freedom of thought and freedom of expression. and it muffles people. It puts a muzzle on them. And at the same time, keeps people from discussing important issues while the fabric of this society is being changed. And we cannot fall for that trick. And what we need to do is start talking about things, talking about things that are important.”

http://lybio.net/dr-benjamin-carson-national-prayer-breakfast/speeches/

While Dr. Carson's talk was very well received and his talk went viral on the Internet, the lame stream media went on the attack. The two groups most maligned by the far left are conservative women and conservatives minorities.

CM said that in an environment of spiritual darkness; in a cultural war, truth is the first casualty. And it sure seems that our country is quickly descending into spiritual darkness. To expand upon a few of the topics he listed; the theory/ religion of evolution. If we accept that “from the zoo to you by the way of goo” as truth, does human life have real value? The most helpless and innocent victims of the theory of evolution are the unborn in my opinion. Political correctness dictates that a woman has the right to her body and that includes elimination of even a fully functioning but unborn baby.

Political correctness dictates that anyone trying to teach intelligent design is in danger of losing his/her job. Holding a creationism view labels one as an illiterate fundamentalist.

Palestinian occupation is misrepresentation of truth. Even some of the evangelical organizations are mouthing the mantra of occupation by Israel undermining their long time support of Israel. The lame stream media bloviates about Israeli missiles but says little about the hundreds of rockets originating from the Muslim missile sites. Islam is promoted as a peaceful religion in direct contradiction to the Koran.

I would group CM topics of schools corrupting the minds of our children with the push for a “Nanny state Government” and add parents being made to seem less intelligent and evolved than their children. As a twice divorced mother of two perhaps I'm not one to talk about the nuclear family, however, it certainly is under attack in America. The administration wants preschool for every child thus enabling the nanny state indoctrination as soon as the child is out of diapers.

In direct contradiction to the Word of God, homosexuality is being promoted as a normal lifestyle. To reject this is to be labeled a homophobic.

Will the Next Pope Please Stand Up!

I wrote this last month. More later about the prophecies after I have more time to study Pope Francis. Pope Francis took the name of St. Francis of Assisi. Saint Francis of Assisi, Italian San Francesco d'Assisi, was baptized Giovanni, renamed Francesco, original name Francesco di Pietro di Bernardone. Pietro as a boy's name is a variant of Pedro (Spanish, Portuguese) and Peter (Greek), at best a reach, however, time and more research needed.

The prophecy world is all a twitter with the announcement yesterday that Pope Benedict the 16th was resigning. I was rather amused that a Catholic neighbor was in disbelief that the pope was actually going to step down, “After all are they (popes) really allowed to resign?” I reminded her that the pope was only a man and it's certainly within his rights to retire. Hopefully she'll think about this and realize that just maybe he really is not the Apostle Peter revisited.

Some months ago I was introduced to Tom Horn while taking the course I601. Thus began my adventure buying and trying to find time to read his books. While I've only read parts of his book co-authored with Cris Putnam, "Petrus Romanus: The Final Pope Is Here", I find what I’ve read fascinating. Mr. Horn and Mr. Putnam predicted that Pope Benedict the 16th would become the first pope in nearly 600 years to resign. If I understand Horn's book correctly, the last pope will be called “Petrus Romanus” based on the prophecy by Irish Archbishop St. Malachy. Further, “Petrus Romanus will be the last pope!

A few months after he was elected pope, Benedict asked Cardinal Tarcisio Pietro (Peter in English) Evasio Bertone to take up his current position of Vatican secretary of state. Rumor has it that Cardinal Bertone may be in the running for pope.

Others possibilities being considered to be named the new pope are from Africa; 64-year-old Cardinal Peter Turkson of Ghana and 80-year-old Cardinal Francis Arinze of Nigeria.

The World Net Daily has published an article, 'Final pope' already running Vatican? That “Benedict might have 'stacked deck' in fulfillment of prophecy.” So did Benedict choose his successor?

http://www.wnd.com/2013/02/final-pope-already-running-vatican/#YJByQTr0XJATTiTT.99

A little from the book, “Petrus Romanus: The Final Pope Is Here.”

“Cardinal Arinze fits this description, and Conte interprets this qualification as best fulfilling “Peter the Roman” as a pope who “will reaffirm the authority of the Roman Pontiff over the Church; this authority is based on his place as a Successor of Peter” and “will emphasize the supremacy of the Roman Catholic Faith and the Roman Catholic Church above all other religions and denominations, and its authority over all Christians and all peoples of the world.” To this, Conte adds, “During the reign of Pope Peter the Roman, the great apostasy begins” and this pope will mark “the first part of the tribulation, during our generation.”[688] Conte envisions this apocalypse beginning in 2012 when, as he sees it, Benedict suddenly dies or steps down and is replaced by Petrus Romanus. This is followed by a series of cascading events resulting in World War III, which is triggered when Iranian-backed terrorists explode a nuclear bomb in New York City. The Great Tribulation begins, and by July 2013, Rome is destroyed when it is struck by a nuclear missile.”

A really interesting book, my recommendation, buy the book and read it.

The Politically Incorrect Club

For a very long time I hosted the chat room The Politically Incorrect Club on IOFFER, a selling venue. I later maintained a website by the same name. I've incorporated many of those posting into my sallycp blog. I post most of my class work done in a Christian think tank on the blog In The Beginning God. I  will posting some of my more politically incorrect posts here.
